Introducing CCA Travel
Book your travel where it makes a difference!
CCA has recently introduced a new way to raise funds for the school, and it couldn't be easier.
Introducing CCA Travel, a new fund-raising program that turns your vacations into donations. CCA now serves as a travel agent, powered by a company called YTB, that can help you purchase all types of travel services (and more). In return for using their services, YTB will pay part of the commissions back to CCA. Keep reading for more information about this exciting new program.
Frequently Asked Questions
Who is YTB?
YTB stands for Your Travel Biz. YTB was founded by J. Lloyd "Coach" Tomer. As a former pastor, "Coach" is personally familiar with the constant struggle of fund-raising for non-profit organizations. When "Coach" founded YTB, he envisioned a company that would empower others to do what they love. You can read more about YTB at www.passport2giving.com.
What does YTB do?
YTB sells travel via an online booking engine. They help non-profits raise funds by setting up a travel site for the organization so their supporters can book their travel on the organization's site. A percentage of all commissions are paid to the organization as royalties.
How does the program work?
CCA supporters will be able to go to the CCA Travel site to book travel and purchase products the same as they would using Travelocity or Expedia. The vendors, such as Carnival Cruise Lines, Delta Airlines, and Avis Car Rentals (just to name a few) will fulfill the travel requests, exactly as they would if booked on Travelocity, Expedia or Orbitz. Except now, a portion of the commissions are paid to CCA instead of to the other travel site.

Will this cost me more money?
Absolutely not. The prices on the CCA Travel site are very competitive. In most cases, the prices are the same or less than what you'll find on the other travel sites. Try it out and you will see. You will get the same seat on the same plane; the same cabin on the same cruise; the same room at the same hotel. You will get the same vacation at the same or better price as what you were going to do anyway; the only difference is that CCA will get paid from your travel instead of the other travel company.
How does CCA earn money?
Vendors pay commission to YTB when travel is booked on the CCA Travel site. Commissions vary depending on the vendor and the product/service. YTB will send a check to CCA for a percentage of all commissions received.
Why should I switch from my travel agent?
Consumers are becoming more and more comfortable buying goods and travel on the internet. Almost 80% of all travel is booked online. The CCA Travel site is easy to use, and every time a supporter books travel or other services on the site, CCA is paid a commission. You are supporting your school.
Can I see how much CCA has earned through YTB?
The school will keep track of how much travel has been booked and how much commission is being earned. We will post regular updates to this site, to keep you updated on how much we've earned.
