Bible Study Help with e-Sword E-mail
Special

As part of our ongoing efforts to help you understand and use the Word of God in your lives, we'd like to introduce you to some free Bible study software.  e-Sword is one of the best free Bible programs on the internet. Did we say free?  Sure did.

You can download multiple free add-on Bible versions, Hebrew and Greek texts, Bible commentaries, dictionaries, books, maps, and more. There are a ton of free programs designed for e-Sword and it puts them all together in a very user-friendly desktop. They also have add-on's that they sell for a reasonable cost which are very good.

Pastor Graham says,

I have used e-Sword as my primary Bible study computer program for years. e-Sword is the best kept secret for Christians on the 'net. Check it out yourself—I think you will like it. To purchase a multi-faceted program like this would cost hundreds of dollars.

The best part is that the e-Sword program and most of its add-on's are absolutely FREE! Just click on this neat little e-Sword image to download now.

(In case you were wondering, no one at Calvary Baptist Church is affiliated with e-Sword, and the only thing we get in return is knowing that you're a little smarter now.  Enjoy!)

Poll Results - Sermon Distribution E-mail
Poll Results

Since the CBC web site was launched on June 1, dozens of you voted in our inaugural poll about sermon distribution. The results are now in.

Coming out way on top was audio downloads from this site.  Over two-thirds of voters said they'd like to come right here to cbcypsi.org and listen to sermons.  As a result, we've made them available to you online over in our recent sermons section.

CDOne-quarter of voters would prefer to take home a CD to listen to.  We're considering this option, but haven't made any decisions as of yet. When we do, we'll let you know - we would probably have a CD request form, similar to the old tape request form from the olden days.

There were so few votes for cassette tapes and "I don't want to hear your sermons" that I think those voters were probably just joking with us.

You can see the full sermon audio poll results here.
