Children's Ministry Policy
Dear Children's Ministry Team,
Thank you for your faithful service to the children and families of Calvary Baptist Church. We are grateful for your willingness to invest in the next generation and to serve with excellence.
CBC Leadership has voted to adopt a new Children's Ministry Policy, which will officially take effect on October 1, 2026. This policy is designed to help us provide a safe, secure, and Christ-honoring environment for every child entrusted to our care.
Children's Ministry
Training Requirements
Before October 1, 2026, everyone who serves in any children’s ministry will need to complete the following:

Read the Children's Ministry Policy above and agree to adhere to it.

Complete the Protect My Ministry video course (Click here to email the church office for the link, or email alicianewk10@gmail.com with the subject line "Request for Children’s Training Videos").
When you have completed each of these 3 requirements, please fill out this form.
Completing these requirements should take about 90 minutes. If you are having technical issues, or would prefer to do this training in-person, we are hosting an in-person training day on Saturday, September 19th, 2026, at 1pm (register for in-person training here). You are not required to attend this training if you complete the three requirements on your own.
Please take time to review the attached documents and complete these requirements as soon as possible. Completing everything well before October 1, 2026 will help ensure a smooth transition to our new policy.
